Drug and substance abuse is a problem that has disturbed our people of Matopeni /Spring valley ward moreso the youth for quite a long time. Anyone concerned about the future of this great ward cannot ignore this issue. The time has come when we have to change this or else our youth will be lost in drug abuse
85% of the youth in Matopeni /Spring valley ward are well learned yet they are unemployed.All the previous ward representatives have always the youth unemployment as a campaign tool only to disappear after being elected and returning during the campaign periods. To curb unemployment , Matopeni /Spring valley ward needs an ever-present representative.
