Welcome to Kiongozi Online. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our civic social platform for elections, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kiongozi Online Ltd., a company registered in Kenya. Our Platform is designed to promote democratic participation by enabling transparent, accurate election engagement and resources.
Key Definitions
- "Platform" - All Kiongozi Online services, including website and mobile apps
- "User" - Any person accessing or using the Platform
- "Candidate" - Political candidates using our platform for campaign purposes
- "Content" - All information, data, text, images, and materials on the Platform
User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Registration
While basic browsing is available without registration, creating an account provides enhanced features. When registering, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Be at least 18 years old or of legal voting age
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
