Education remains the foundation of social and economic transformation. Many families across areas such as Ndurarua, Muthama, Kirigu, Kabiria, and the larger Dagoretti region continue to struggle with access to quality learning opportunities, school fees, digital exposure, and mentorship. My vision is to strengthen educational support systems from ECDE level to university level.
I will champion increased bursary allocations and ensure fairness and transparency in bursary distribution so that children from vulnerable families are not locked out of school. I also seek to establish community digital learning and innovation centers near strategic areas such as Dagoretti Market and Kabiria to equip young people with digital skills, online work opportunities, and modern technological exposure.
Beyond classrooms, I want to introduce mentorship and career guidance forums in schools and churches across Waithaka to help young people discover purpose, leadership, and direction in life. I also envision partnerships with professionals, universities, and organizations to support talent development in sports, arts, business, and innovation.
